Having trouble finding a picatiny 20 moa rail for a Cooper model 54 in 308. Any suggestions?

I bought the ken ferrel for my creedmoor and found it to be very high. Even with low rings the scope was 1/2" above the barrel but it was a light contour. I would have had to add some height to the stock to get a good cheek weld so I sent it back. The fit and machining was excellent but it placed my eye too high. Just my opinion and something to consider.
