Mark Kelley went into a gun store to buy a .45 cal hand gun and before he leaves he sees an AR 15 and decides he likes it and buys it. While he is filling out his background check paperwork someone takes his picture. He leaves and later finds out that his pic has hit the web and caused a firestorm of liberal backlash. When confronted he states that he will now turn it over to the local police when he takes possesion of it. I guess there is a wait time due to the sale being a consignment thru the store. After all the garbage he spewed about no one needing an assault weapon he goes out and secretly buys one. I guess he should not have made himself so famous. It just cost him a bunch of money if he actually follows thru with his promse to turn it over. The story didn't stay on front page more than an hour or so. MSN's front page. I wonder if they will hold him to it and have a camera crew show him giving it up.

1day after he testifies in Co. for gun gun control he does this. Now the AR he "bought" was taken in on trade, by Arizona law there is a 20 day waiting period placed on fire arms taken in from a private party to check if that fire arm was stolen ect. So now Mr. Kelly has to wait another 20 days before he can pick it up and then still has to do another BG check. (so much for easy) Then Mr. Kelly says he's going to "turn it over to the local LEA" which by local law must place it for sale with a licensed dealer.

Mark Kelly is so full of crap it isn't even funny, yet he wants every body to believe that he's just going to donate well over $1k to the local gun shop, as that is what it amounts to.

So full his eyes are brown. Maybe he can take it to a buy back program and get a few dollars for it. He was being sneeky and forgot about the times we live in. You can't get away with ____, someone will get your picture. If you jump into the spot light expect it. He may think he is of the priveledged society cuz his wife was a politician, you do as I say not as I do.
