I am getting set up to load 338wm which is my first belted case. I was told not to use a FL die? Which dies are best? All I can find locally are RCBS FL.

Also I am gonna be loading some Hornady #3310 200gr sp-rp interlocks. What powder would uield the best results? I have loaded. 308 in the past but normally only load handgun and I am totally new to magnums.

Use the rcbs dies; they'll be fine. They are good dies as long as you set them up so you only bump the shoulder a couple of thou. on a fired brass. I use the 225 hornady sp with 75 grains rl19 and have killed to 500+ yards with my #1 in 338 win. With the 200 you would probably do as well with 760 or 4350.
