KY Shooting Ranges

Anyone know of any shooting ranges further than 300 yards in Central KY? Would like to find one out to 1000.

I heard they opened a 1000 yard plus range in Park City Ky between Mammoth Cave and Glasgow....I know thats a bit down the road but other than Ft. Knox thats the only one I know of.

I go to South Eastern Kentucky a few times a year to shoot...down in Harlan county its easy to find a 1000 yard range if you use the 4 wheeler park and shooting is allowed. Of course if you have Artillery and need something 8-12 miles away to shoot at you can find that easily too !

I used to sit on my front porch down there and shoot 800 yards.

I registered for this very reason.. trying to find some place besides Knox to shoot long ranges.

Thanks, I'll search 'em but I don't use Google since they banned firearms from their "shopping" searches.

My Google returns firearm searches. It may have just been for a short period or a rumor.

A SHOPPING search on Google for AR15 only returns 5 pages of accessories for me, no ammo or guns

I'm not having that problem with Google searches. I searched ar15 and ar15 shopping and got returns for gun shops and accessories.

Could you be getting blocked some other way, maybe a company firewall or something.
