I have noticed there to be a little bruno bashing on here and just wanted to say that I emailed brunos the other day and got a reply back from lester in just a few minutes saying that he would check where my order is at. Then this morning I get a phone call from lester saying that they got powder in and that my order is boxed and ready to ship.

The worst part is that he kept asking me is there anything else you need added to your order and is there anything else I can help you with if anything there customer service is too good just thought I would post this up.

Like the title says +1 for brunos.

I've used Brunos a number of times over the past couple of decades or so. Always been happy. I was especially happy two years ago when I couldn't fine a BAT HR action and the wait was way long. Bruno had one that Remington had reserved. When they did not confirm the action was offered to me. I used the rifle built around that action last year to take almost a dozen marmots as far as 1156 yards.
Thanks again Lester.

What bashing of Bruno's have you seen here?

I'm pretty active on this forum and I've never seen it.

Hey thanks for reminding me about Bruno's! Once again I found items I could not find anywhere else. Just placed an order for 1000 .224 77 gr. Matchkings with cannelure. And they show them in stock. My 7 twist AR better like them.

I have had some trouble getting in touch with them recently. A constant busy signal on the phone and an unanswered email with questions on pricing and availability from last week. Just facts - but certainly not bashing them. They are going nuts down there right now and trying to do their best to meet increased demands from all of us. Bruno's is local for me, so I will just pop by some day on my way back from the range. These are good guys doing the best they can in difficult times.

I did just "discover" a new supplier. Bruno's was out of the new Berger 300 gr. Elite Hunter Hybrid, so I googled and found Butch's Reloading:

Butch's Reloading

They answered the telephone, confirmed items were in stock and even talked me through a glitch in their on-line order form. My first time doing business with them, but probably not my last.

Thanks for the link to Butch's.
I have found virtually all of the usual sources I buy from are experiencing the same unprecedented inability to keep up with orders and correspondence. I ordered .223 dies from Dillon over a month ago. My email have gone unanswered, I have not been able to wait on hold long enough to get an answer on the phone, and in response to my most recent inquiry received an email reply saying they are inundated with emails and please don't send another... wait a couple weeks for an answer. Crazy.
I have managed to find things by being patient, and visiting my LGS frequently.
