Hi All,

I recently acquired an OA98 AR Pistol and it has a 6.5" barrel with a 1:9" twist.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good load for such a short barrel to try and maximze efficiency (even if it's a lost cause!).

Thanks all and God bless you,

Adam

I am willing to use whatever bullet weight is recommended but I have on hand 50-62 gr stuff.

I'm fairly new to reloading in terms of something odd like this so any general thoughts or pointers would be helpful. . .

What uses and distance are you considering?

Since you are shooting it from the bench, then about anything you want, just as long as your scope is not getting blast from your muzzle.
