"Hart Rifle Barrels are produced with only the highest grade of stainless steel. We only make one grade of barrel. We do not sell a second best! Our barrels are button rifled with six grooves. All barrels are made to the customer's specifications as to caliber, twist, and contour. Each barrel is contoured on a CNC lathe, then hand lapped to ensure the best possible interior finish. Every barrel leaving our shop is individually inspected several times to make sure it meets our high quality standards." -FROM THEIR WEBSITE

Will these finish at 26" or will the finished product loose a little bit of length? How much do you want for the barrels?

They are 26 but ur gunsmith can cut them to whatever length u want. I don't think there's a problem keeping the barrel 26 and not having any of it cut but that I don't know for sure. I have $335 w shipping in them and would like to get the $315 back.

Most barrel makers recommend cutting an inch off the muzzle end due to a slight belling from the lapping process.

They do it because when hand lapped it oversizes the bore a smidge on both ends from when the lapping compound enters the end of barrel so they want you too cut about an 1" to 1 1/4" off the muzzle end and when reamed it cleans up the chamber end
