.338LM velocities

Hi guys was just wondering what velocities you Guys are getting out of your 28" barrels, and rounds loaded to mag size.. 250g accubonds and 300g Sierras will be the bullet of choice... Mag is a AICS 338LM...
I use ADI powder equivalent to your H1000 & Retumbo. It will be used more for hunting around the 1500m mark. Don't know if the 150-200 fps is worth the annoyance of carrying individual rounds around all the time...your Velocities and thoughts would be great.

H-1000 in a 338 LM with a 1 in 10 twist 28" long will get you 2800 fps give or take a little with 300 Bergers or SMK's.

2,950 fps using H4831SC & 250grn Sierra GameKings.

2,900 fps using Retumbo and 300grn Sierra MatchKings.

You should be 20-30 fps faster with the longer barrel.

wow, what charge an what chrono was that. Thats smokin from a 26" Is it a 338 LMAI?
