Brake efficiency

I am gathering parts to send to GAP. Which would be most efficient on a 338 Lapua 30" AMU contour Obermeyer, APA Fat Bastard or Kirby's PK brake?

From the testing I've done with the 338s go for the APA

HoytFlinger, The APA brakes are some of the best at reducing recoil, but they are extremely loud. CSR Musclebrakes do not reduce recoil quite as much in my opinion, but they are a pleasure to shoot because they do not blast you in the face.I use them on several .338 EDGE rifles and can shoot 50 or more shots without recoil problems. I've had all the above on 338 edge's and 300 ultras the best all around for me would have to be Jim See's muscle brake.
