Just got my second zeiss. This one is a 6.5-20x50. Put it on my new 6br. Absolutely love it. The first one I gotten was a 4.5-14x50. I installed it on my 7stw. Thank you zeiss and cameraland!

I just started playing with it yesturday. It is super easy to load for so far. Best I have gotten so far is .204 group @ 100yds. My biggest group I got was .624 @ 100. It's a 1/12 twist. It like 33.5gr varget, 70gr nosler btv, cci 400, Laura brass. I got that load and ran out to shoot ground hogs. 5 for 5 all head shots, farthest shot 420 yd.

Looks like you got yourself a shooter.

Mine is a 1 in 8" twist Brux 26" barrel and I shoot Berger 105 gr. VLDs. My best group at 100 yds is .084 and 8+1/8" at 1,000 yds.

PS: I did shoot a 4+1/4" three shot group when I was sighting in at 1,000 yds., but that was probably luck.

This is my first 6br. I think im going to love it!!! Im love my zeiss scope too but wishing it had a little finer cross hair. It has the zplex but when shooting groups like that. Well you know. That is some awsome groups, hoping mine will be there soon.

I got mine from cameraland also. a single 4-14 and 3 of the 6.5-20's. Ive got a 6.5-20 on my 6BR also. Had to send it back to Zeiss though.....bought it with a #4 reticule....BIG mistake. Send it back and got the duplex reticule....#20 I think it is.

Sully - What the beef with the #4 I was thinking of going that route for woodchucks.

Many thanks.

With the heavy bottom post it limits your view of the target if you need to do some distance shooting w/holdover. Make it less than an ideal reticle to shoot small critters at distance.

I just got my 6.5-20x50 mil dot Conquest yesterday and will put her through her paces today at the range. The more I look through it the more I smile. :D

Hunter - many thanks. Another reason I have to road trip to look at things.

Well...you know how a duplex reticle is....heavy on the outer edges and super fine in the middle.....the #4 is fine in the middle and EXTRA; SUPER; DISTRACTINGLY heavy on the outer ends of the bars. First time i put it to my eyes I said this aint gonna work...and the more I looked thru it...I got disgusted and gave up. I went with the standard duplex in the 6BR
