7 Rem Chamber

If you (folks) were building a 7 Rem mag would you: A. have chamber set to headspace on shoulder or belt, and B. set throat differently for Berger 168-180's ( all it will most likely shoot) vs standard chamber? Thanks!

Always set the head space on the belt so that you can use factory ammo or guarantee it
will function under hunting conditions.

Once you fire the cases if you want to head space on the shoulder all you have to do is
minimum sizing or Neck size only. (Neck sizing only makes for a perfict chamber fit and
can extend brass life.
