McMillan A-3
Integral, Adjustable cheek.
50% med tan, 30% olive, 20% black.
right hand Defiance LA (L700 length)
Seekins DBM
#14 Palma barrel channel
13.5 LOP

This is probably a dumb question but does this stock fit a Surgeon LA standard bolt face?

Yes. There would be a slight modification for the bolt release, other than that I believe everything should match up. just not sure that the seekins bottom metal inlet would work for the standard bolt face.

Is the defiance in letting wider? Or Will it work w/700 la and the seeking 3.9" lapua DBM? If it will work with 700, i am interested, what is weight with adj cheek and sni fill?

The diameter between the rem and Defiance is the same. here are some pix of a rem sitting in the stock. the only noticable difference would be the drop down back by the tang on the left side where the bolt release sits on a Defiance (see third pic down) when using the seekins detachable mag system you will need to machine on the receiver to allow for the longer COAL
