I'll start with an M42 Sub machine gun, air cooled, exchangeable barrels, 8mm Mauser, belt fed, 1200 rounds a minute with stock extractor, 1800 plus with a lightened extractor......

Sidecarflip, Thats an MG-42 and it's NOT a Submachine gun in any sense of the word it's the Granddaddy to the M-60 US Machinegun. With the Itialian Buffer it shoots a slower than in the German Gun (Called the MG-3 in the modern German Army in 7.62x51 Nato). I know I've shot both buffers. It was called the "Hitler SAW" by WWII G.I.'s because of the ripping sound. If you don't dig your heals in, when firing, it will actually push you back. Very distictive "Braaaaaaaaattt" sound. It shoots the 8mm Mauser full powered rifle round. If some shithead shoots at you with one you had best have your shovel handy.
