I built it, Pac Nor chambered it. barrel is 0.895" at muzzle has the heavy recoil lug and large thread receiver, still uses barrel nut.

I have 70 pcs brass, some of which are loaded:
as I was still in load development when I set this project aside, I have 39 rnds 140 Berger vld 65.5g H1000. 27 0f those with .030" seating increments 3 pcs each step.

also 14 loaded rnds of 140g Sierra Matchking 76.5g US869 for 3135 fps

only been about 60 rounds down the barrel, and barrel was broke in properly

Couple more questions, I was rereading and noticed 110, I'm guessing it is actually a model 10 flat rear reciever large shank with controlled round feed bolt head non accutrigger obviously. And what trigger does it have in it? Thanks.

You are correct sir it is not a 110 it is a model 11 actually. yes flat rear non accu trigger. Trigger is from Sharp Shooters Supply, they specialize in Savage. they just call it their competition trigger. pull set to 2#
