I recieved this little jewell today and I am amazed. Cows at 1500 yds is no problem, pine trees at 3000+ is routine. Outstanding, much better than advertised.

I've been very encouraged by the reviews on the Terripin, I've been saving for a PLRF 10 and the Terripin looks like I may be able to get into a real range finder sooner :D

If you have no need to interface with the Nomad and Kestrel, I see no need to spend the extra money for the 10.

I just ran the internal diagnostics test and it displayed PLRF 05 at the beginning of the test.

Good review Aug. Looks like it will smoke anything in its price range and then some. Is the beam divergence the same size as the PLRF10?

Thanks for the review

Jeff

The beam divergence is .4/ 2.4 mils, the 10 is .5/1.5 mils. the Terripin has the same divergence as the PLRF 15

Good to know and way way better than the G7, Swaro, Zeiss, and most others. I like the beams short as most mis-ranges are from things in front or behind the actual target. .4 is awesome!!! Put that baby on sand bags and it will not lie to you.

Thanks

Jeff
