Has anyone used any of their triggers? Looking to replace my MOA on my mdl 70. Need to know the good and the bad. Thanks
I've never seen or felt one. I've comtemplated taking the gamble, but I've talked myself out of it several times. I'd like to hear if someone has put one in. I keep hearing that they are not very "drop in".
I'm doing well with the MOA with the adjustment screw all the way out and a light trigger spring from Erniethegunsmith, but i would still like to have an improved trigger unit.

Timney has a drop-in replacement coming early to mid 2012, so there will be another option. For me the Timney is worth waiting for.

Anyone know how it is different? Can it be identified from the older ones?
I have used Timneys in a couple of other rifles, but the M70 seems to have a number of unhappy users.
Makes me hesitate.
There is not a timney available yet for the m70 so no one can be unhappy with it. The only option I have seen is the jard, that is why I was asking. Right now I also feel like I am going to wait for the timney as the one I have in my 700 works fine.

Brownell's shows the Timney for the M70 as available, and has two reviews, one good, one abysmal.
They also say the Jard M70 trigger is discontinued and unavailable.

What they are showing is the one for the old m70's not the new ones. That is why they could not make it fit. It is because they do not have one to replace thew MOA trigger yet. And that was directly from Timney, I was just curious if anyone has actually tried the jard in a newer rifle.
