SOLD/EXPIRED Hart 7mm STW barrel $275 shipped CONUS

I bought this, had a smith thread a stainless break on it then I realized it's an STW not a standard 7mm Rem Mag (rookie mistake). I've got about $300 into it, would like to just get my money out of it.

Hart 7mm Rem Mag STW rifle 23" barrel. It has a 1-10" twist. Is in excellent condition. It came off a Remington 700 action. It is a stainless barrel with a special teflon coating. I believe the round count is below 50 but I cannot prove that.

Below pictures are showing the taper comparison next to a ruger 10/22 straight taper bull barrel and Remington 700 7mm Mag, I believe it's standard taper. The finish is slightly marred, but has no impact on the functionality.

Trades considered - worst case I say no thank you.

i've been asked about the round count. I do not know for sure, but i believe it to be under 50 or 100 rounds. I looked at it last night with a flashlight (tried to take pictures but my camera didn't seem to like it). The entrance to the chamber has a bit of wear from rounds going in and out, but the throat still has tooling marks from when it was reamed. Still appears to have very low rounds through it.

I don't believe it's a holland break, was made by a smith in UT (if i remember correctly, had the work done last winter or so)

i haven't looked at it in a few weeks (sitting in my safe), but i think the barrel itself is 24 inches, plus the brake makes it about 25.5 inches overall

Next time you have it out see if you can get a weight on it.
I really lile a holland qd break and 26" barrells. IMO the stw needs the length to pick up speed.
It doesn't look all that heavy... which is good for my style.
Very tempting!

i really don't know if it is a QD Holland brake or if it's a good knock off, i looked them up when i got home tonight, sure looks like it

the barrel weighs in at 3.5 lbs - very roughly based on my postal scale

Will this barrel fit on my 110 FP in .25-06? I believe I have the small shank. If I am right, I'll need a new bolt face and maybe an upgraded recoil lug. Does this sound right?
