Whats everyone think of the Zeiss Conquest line up? Im looking at the 4.5-14X44mm for a .260 caliber that will never see past 600yd for targets. I want a scope thats high enough magnification and still be very bright.

Whats everyones opinion?

I have owned many, including a 4.5x14 or two. They are a great value and their glass is clear and bright even in the last hrs of light. I am not a hold over guy so I would be going for a standard duplex , getting a model with the target turret and dialing my shots. They do track and return to zero well too.

Great hunting scopes, light, clear, bright and easy to find eye box. I would also look into the MInox line of scopes. Just put one on my 6-06, 3-15X50 I really like the glass and feel like it is going to make one heck of a hunting scope. I have not messed with the tracking but it has held it POI with about 100 rounds so far.

Im not really a hold over type myself but since every scope I have it just the basic duplex...I thought "what the heck".

Thanks for all the input guys and it sure seems like everyone that has one loves them. Thats what I needed to know for sure.

They are great scopes!!! I have owned 2 of them and need another, I think they are one of the best scopes for the money that I have owned
