SOLD/EXPIRED Stag AR15 Bull Barrel w/ Vortex Viper

I have a Stag AR15. It has an ER Shaw bull barrel that is 24" long. It is fluted. It has the A2 style stock. It has the full float aluminum handguard. The trigger has been worked by Bill Springfield.

I have a Vortex Viper 6.5-20x44 with a mil-dot. The scope is in great condition and no ring marks. $1200 OBO

Dood!! What gives here? Isn't this the rifle my son and I bought from you and paid you for? Then you drug your feet taking to long to send it because you were " working so hard and didn't have time " Then you told us it had a cracked bolt and wanted to send our money back, and I agreed. What else could I do at this point, yo held all the cards. Then you told my son in a PM you "traded the upper off" and didn't have it any longer.

Sorry , but I was a bit suspicious when you grabbed reverse and backed out on us after I sent you a US postal MO in a priority mail $5 envelope. Now it is beginning to smell a bit.

Yes it is the same gun. You sent me the money order and as i was cleaning it one last time I saw what appeared to be a crack. I informed you of it and sent you your money back. then I replacedhen your son wanted to but the upper and I had decided to take the barrel and replace it with a 6.5 grendel barrel. So I told him that it wasn't for sale. I didn't say I traded it off and if I did then out was my mistake. I started thinking about a grendel and if I would actually use it to it's ability and decided against it. So to my recollection the only things I have done were inform you of a flaw on the rifle and I didn't want to come down in price so I kept it until I could replace the bolt and refuse to make a deal with your son because I had other plans. If it smells fishy then don't buy it. I'm just trying to sell a gun. I dont want any drama.

You told him you traded it after you asked if he wanted to buy it.

Yes, it does smell fishy. I truely feel you decided to not honor the deal we had and backed out to sell for more. Sorry Ron, that is just how I feel. And no, I will not buy it or anything you have for sale again thanks.

Kinda hard to sort out the way it copied and pasted., but that is the conversation you and my son had. Note at one point you offer the upper for sale to him. Then at another point you state you "traded it"

Ya know, I don't like drama either. But you are messing with my kid here. He worked hard for the money we sent you, and bottom line,,you screwed him around.

Ok. What you don't see is that he PM'ed a month after I PM'ed him. I thought I might have had it traded locally to a buddy. He was talking about picking it up. He never did. I go through guns like I go through water. I enjoy buying them, shooting them, and selling them. I always have something that I am working towards. Regardless, fact of the matter is, I have it; I own it; I am selling it. I have bought from and sold to a lot of people, both rifles, bows, motorcycles, snowmobiles. You are the only person that has ever had an issue with me. Thank you for turning this thread into a witch hunt but if you would please stop posting in the thread unless you are interested. I'm sorry for your negative experience in dealing with me. I can assure you that there are at least 100 other people that have had positive experiences. Thanks, Ron

It was 6 days check the dates I did! you PMed me 7-21 I answered on 7-27 then PMed again on 7-31 saying I didn't hear back. Don't call me out when one minute you say you never told anyone you traded it then the next post you say well yea I said I did because i thought I was going to. You didn't treat us right and you know it!
