Best form for long range pistol?

Guys is there a preferred way to shoot specialty pistols. I have a custom xp rear grip in a wsm and regularly shoot half inch groups at 100 with her but it seems that I have to leave my off hand on the fore end to stop her from bouncing on the bipod and even a rest something I don't have to do with a rifle. Any thoughts or recommendations as to the best way or the best way for you would be appreciated as it does feel awkward for me to hold a fore end when shooting for precision even if I am getting the results want. Any recommendations greatly appreciated

Thanks somuch for the response ernie i have watched a lot of what you do so i appreciate you offering yourextensive knowledge in this specialty field. Yes its braked but not radial just to the sides so that doesn't seem to be the issue the groups are sick in load development through 6 .5 gn load increments nothing shot more than 3/4 inch at 100 yards for 5 shot groups best were well under .5 before even playing with seating depth. Doesn't change much if I let it bounce but it does open up a bit. Was wondering if there was a better form like I know exists for rifles to minimize it and get the gun back on point asap as in proper followthrough and to be able to see target strikes more effectively.

Hand position, grip, and grip on your rear bag a paramount.
With your rear bag and clenching or releasing of your hand in recoil with hurt your group size.
Also placement of your trigger finger on the trigger, making sure you are pulling straight back.
Where is your thumb on grip when you pull the trigger?
What kind of stock do you have? trigger? weight of trigger?
What calibers are your WSM's in and what bullets are you using?

thanks ernie its a mcmillan rear grip stock thumb is held along the side i hold it firmly but do not alter the pressure squeezing or releasing during the shot. being an archer as well i am aware of the disastrous effects that has on shot placement and follow through. trigger is at 1.5 lbs

gun is a 6.5 wsm shooting the berger 140 at 2800. again it shoots lights out but would love to eliminate the hop if i can for follow up purposes and that i am just anal about my form in all shooting disciplines so if i can do it better i will.

I use a even a lighter grip at times with my 6.5WSM's.
A better brake would be the next thing I think I would suggest-Holland's Radial (Gen 2).lightbulb

Ernie, maybe you could hold something right before the Cold Turkey Shoot.. Oh my MOA is done and I sent Rich the final payment last Friday, so I should be getting a look at it soon...

If I did that then, I would not put on the pd shoot, which is okay with me.
Also, it would not be part of the MOA Shoot, as this would be something separate and apart from the MOA Shoot.
Since we have already announced the pd shoot for those participating in the 2012 Match I do not think it would be fair/right to suspend it in lieu of a 2-day LR handgun shooting school.
If someone wanted to work toward getting a specialty handgun group, no larger than 6 people for a Long-Range SP class, I think I could throw in some dog shooting after that for those participating as a bonus.
