Is there any danger that cheytac brass will disappear given the trouble I read of cheytac having? I see midway has it on clearance. Or are there military contracts for this stuff, and it will be available for the foreseeable future? jamison?

Jamison will continue to make the brass for those that want to use theirs.

There are enough wildcat cartridges based off of the .408 case that some of us have had brass made by one of the best manufacturers in the business. Just received an order of 10,000 pieces, and I have a few thousenad of the Jamison stuff laying around...

No worries...shoot away..

Joel:

Please advise your supplier so more folks can order from him.

What is your opinion of that supplier's quality (consistency and longevity) vs Jamison?

The brass was imported from Australia, and it took about 5 months to get. In laymans terms, it is head an heels above the Jamison stuff in terms of tolerances and longevity. Before the order was placed, we had some shipped over for testing and inspection.

It's like comparing Lapua brass to factory fodder..

You can place your order from me if you need some.
Just shoot me a PM.

Joel I have a 338 Allen mag so I can buy some of your 408 brass thats like a lapua made brass and potentially run a little higher velocity? I am currently running at 3300fps with a 300gr bullet and its mainly do to making my brass last longer because of the quality not because I am over pressured. Thanks for the help and if you can could you pm me a price if you don't want to post it.

Thanks again

Robert
