I sent out my Zeiss Conquest to Zeiss to have them put target turrets on it a few months ago. I got it back and now want to mount it to my Savage 7mm. I have the Burris Signature Rings. How do I set up the ***-Align Offsets? I want to be able to zero @200 and dial up as far as possible so I can sight it in and get some Kenton Turrets

That's one way to do it.... After you zero at 200 yards with say using 0 inserts, count how much adjustment is left downwards. Let's say you have 22 MOA left by using a .020 insert and 0 insert you'd be in business. If you have 18 MOA left then use two sets; the 0.010 and the 0.005 for a total of 0.015 and you'd be smoking! Whatever combination you use, just use less than than the total amount available.
Remember to use the inserts in matching pairs; -0.010 goes together with +0.010 on one end and -0.005 and +0.005 at the other end.
You can use them at whatever end you choose, just keep the rules shown below.

and the positive one (+) goes on the top; and whatever set goes towards the bolt end, the positive(+) goes at the bottom and the negative (-) goes at the top.

If using a base with rear windage screws I usually try and use those to center the left/right of the scope and not use the rings to do that. With double dovetail rings you can use the rings to do both.
As noted, you can "add" MOA by bringing the front down or the back up a bit extra.

Ok so I took my rifle out and sighted it in at 200yds. I have the -10 in the bottom front and +20 in the bottom rear. I still had to dial up about 15clicks from fully seated to get a 200yd zero. Should I leave it at that or get another set of +/-20 to put on the front to lower -10 more than I have now? How far should I be able to adjust out to with how I am set up now?

You may have to go with -20/+20. That would not surprise me at all as I've used everything from -10/+20 to 0/0 to get a scope directly on at 200 yards. If you want adjustability as you mentioned in post #1 you'll probably have to make the swap.

Depends on the amount of adjustment in your scope, but really I can't think of any decent scope that you would have problems getting a 200 yard zero with those inserts.

Well I went with the +20/-20 inserts on the front of my scope and the best I could do is 3" at 200yrds. I guess I am going to have to stick with the +10/-10 on the front and loose out on 15-17clicks. I could make it a 100yrd zero. Any other ideas?

Could you explain a bit further? 3" group at 200? 3" drop at 200?
How will -10/10 get you where you want any better than -20/20?
Generally if you're using turrets the object of the game is to initially have the crosshairs below your point of impact when sighting in. You then have more "down" clicks to get to longer range. You really don't want it in the middle of its adjustment range at 200 yards as now you've got half of the adjustment range "unused" sitting there above your zero. Right now my Sendero is zeroed at 200 yards using 0/0 inserts (came that way from previous owner - did not have to adjust the vertical on the scope more than a couple clicks). Later this year I'm going to swap them out in the front and drop the objective so that I gain some vertical adjustment for longer range.
Sorry, I am shooting 3" high at 200yrds with +20/-20 inserts front and rear. I put +10/-10 inserts in the front and left the +20/-20 inserts in the rear ring. Now I have to click up 15-17 clicks from it bottomed out in order to zero at 200yrds.

You sure you put them in correctly?
If you went from -10 to -20 in front then you should have had to click more than 15-17 to bring it up to zero it if that was your previous setting, as it should have dropped the front of the scope down. Not to say you didn't, but I'd double check your installation. I've make the same mistake.
