To be quite honest, I have had REALLY good luck with the standard plain wrapper Remington 150 and 165gr CL's as well as the above listed Federal blue box loads in both weights.
For handloads, I have found that the 165'ish grain bullets give me somewhat of a more balanced load, usually giving good top end velocity with the extra weight and better BC's. Best powders I have found have been either brand of the 4350's IMR or Hodgdon, along with RL-19 and 22. Loaded into Winchester cases trimmed to length and stoked with Win-WLR primers, I have not found a need for much else to keep on the shelf.
As mentioned the rifle will let you know which one shoots the best, but for hunting most critters up to and just a bit over 300# I wouldn't worry too much about the higher dollar "premium" type bullets. They might be great for a once in a lifetime trophy type hunt, but on average the standard C&C bullets will perform just as well for close to or less than half the cost. You also have to look at the cost of practicing, and when this is figured into the picture those $35 a box rounds get a bit pricey once you run through several boxes of them a month.
