Cabot Guns 1911

Awesome looking 1911's :) I am a big fan of the 1911 and have 4 Kimber's that I use for concealed carry. I'm not in the market for any more 1911's right now..... I have about 6 or 7 others besides the Kimber's. Those sure look like the fine performance handgun I am sure they are. Do you have any plans to introduce a 3" barrel version in the future? I am a carry guy not a competition shooter and the classic 5" model is a bit long for carry.

I'm not sure what their plans are for future model production. I know that personally, I would like to see a compact 1911 from them!

Just to be clear, I am in no way involved with the design or production of these 1911s. I was just sharing the link to the website to show everyone a new brand of 1911. If anyone has any questions, their best bet is to get in contact with Cabot Guns. I don't want to be a middle man and risk passing along potentially inaccurate information.

Beautiful guns I to am a big fan of 1911s use them for CC ill be sure to cheek them out tomorrow.
But that asking price is through the roof no way in hell would I pay close to 5k for a 1911 or any handgun for that matter unless its a death ray I can do 2k max.

I see the price for maybe the really nice model. The market might be a little tight with Ed Brown, Wilson, Nighthawk and a few others. I don't get the GI model for $4300....... missing something? I realize it's not the standard casting kind of gun but heck.... It cost more than a wilson tactical.

Talk to Ray....tell him Seth sent you!

I was unable to find the at the show it was so big and not really well marked where anyone was 6:00 rolled around fast.. They have any plans for local dealers in western PA?

I'm not sure where they plan on having dealers. My dad is more involved on the production end of it than the marketing, but I will ask him next time I talk to him.
