FS: ROCK FLUTED .308 Barrel, 34 5/16" Long Blank, 8 Twist 1.24" for 5" then tapers to .860" @ 33" ( AMU/MTU Taper, I believe ) WT-7.0lbs 6 Flutes are fairly heavy/deep start at 5" and are 21.5" long.

Honestly. If I was not getting ready to order a 1-9" twist .338 Caliber Rock Creek myself, I would jump on this and use it for my next project, a quick twist .308 Win.

OK, sorry. LOL. I guess I should have googled it but I was busy ordering my 31" MTU/AMU countour .338 caliber with a 1-9.3 twist from Paul at Rock Creek, AND I had a Doctor's appointment.

Lordy mercy, I pray that Obamacare gets totally repealled! It should be called Commie Care! I had good insurance at Cummins Filtration, once opon a time.

I truly wish that this was a #10 straight countour, with that length. I would BORROW the money, if that was the case!!! My idea: with this statement; cut it in half and have a short barrelled quick twist .308 Win, suppressed for those pesky coyotes that we have in Tennessee, and I would have a spare for when it was needed! OR, I could turn my XP-100 into a .308 Win and still have a short barrelled rifle!!! In that configuration, that ould be a win-win for my gun safe!

That barrel would be perfect for my sendero, cut it down to finish at 30 inches and my 300RUM would roar to life and sling 240gr seirra's like no bodies business. Now where did I put my check book.
