Picatinny vs DNZ style integrated base.

DNZ are zero MOA built in while picatannys can be obtained with 20, 30 and 40 MOA.

You would be wise for LR to use the 20 + MOA picatanny.

you can add an ACI and rail mounted scope level to the picatanny, while you cannot on the DNZ.

I beleive i need about 24MOA to get to a 1000yrds. A viper pst gives me 68 total moa, so why would i need a 20 moa base?

Regardless of either's attributes the picatinny or weaver mounts are so popular their
versatility alone makes them the better choice. Not to mention the 1/4 moa return to
zero most of the better one piece mounts deliver.

I have a rail type on all, and that way it is easy to switch optics from one to another if you need

No the front bell will have similar clearance to barrel, based on ring height, most of my rings are lows or med. they vary from manufacture
