I test fired a 338 Nawakwa (338 Lapua imp) yesterday I just got done building
Parts list I used
Broughton 9.3 Twist 1.350 straight taper to .850 fluted SS barrel
Lawton action
Jewell bottom safety trigger
Mckree stock
Night force scope 8x32
Nawakwa Accuracy brake
300g SMK

I was shooting 92g of H1000 with the 300g SMK
The barrel is 27"

I was trying to read up on the Nawakwa and is that your own lapua improved verison? Different shoulder angle?

It seems like you could push 3000fps and 300gr with a 30" barrel almost!

Rifle is 15 pounds barrel is 27" have not put the stock on a scale

It is my version of the lapua imp I have pushed the 300g to 3050fps with a 1.450 36" barrel before. The range is my personal testing grounds
