Soon my 7mm WSM with 26" Brux bbl will be done. Thinking of 120 gr V-Max or Nosler BT. Does any one have any experience with these bullets ?

Never dealt with anything that light but I promise you that a 162gr. amax isnt much of a hide saver. average of 6in plus holes

In my opinion if you are not looking to save the pelt load up the exact same rounds you are going to hunt big game with. Shooting coyotes for practice is a whole lot more fun than shooting paper, at least for me. I use the 162 Amax in our 7mm rem mags and if you shoot the dog just behind the shoulder the exit is only about 2 inches an easy sew job if you are so inclined.
