7mm JRS Load Data

I would like some help with load data for the 7MM JRS. I have R-22, 4831, and 7828. I would like to shoot Barnes 150's and 168 Bergers. Any help would be good.

I have tried 160 A-bonds with R-22 with no luck. i want to be over 3000fps.

Somebody help me out here what is a 7mm JRS????

its basically a improved again ackley improved 280. close to a 280 gibbs. the shoulder is pushed up high on the neck.
