Oversize expander mandrel..

I'm sure you guys might be wondering what I'm talking about. And it may already exist, but if it does then I don't know about it so please chime in.

I just loaded a bunch of ammo for my 338 Lapua using brand new, never fired Lapua cases. My problem is that from the factory, the necks are sized too tight, and my neck-sizing bushing doesn't even make contact.

I wish I had a mandrel that I could run through all the necks and open them up to the size of a fired case. Then I could neck-size, and get the proper neck tension that I like to shoot. They are pretty darn tight right now, but I guess I will just have to get some trigger time in so I can resize them like I like.

What do you guys think?
 
Ah Hah, I knew they made the mandrels for neck turning, but I didn't know about the oversize version.

And I thought I knew everything about reloading.:D
