How are you guys posting big pictures on LRH site?
I use photobucket as a hosting site and can't seem to post very big pictures on LRH.

How are you guys posting big pictures on LRH site?
I use photobucket as a hosting site and can't seem to post very big pictures on LRH.

I use Pixalmater software to crop jpgs from the camera to 8Xwhatever and reduce the Dots Per Inch (DPI) to 120 from 180 (actually not necessary) and export for web posting.

The pics end up about 100+/- kbytes

I upload to Photobucke.

They seem to post fairly decently on LRH.

Pixelmater is only 59 bucks but is MAC only, I think?

A similar process should be available with any photo editing software.

I use photobucket as well, but have not had any problems. I think it all depends on how many megapixels the original image was. Are you copying and pasting the

What do you have your "Resize my images to" setting set at? You can see it under "More Options" in the Upload Panel. Maybe this is set to low and all of your pictures are getting resized when you upload them.

I have PhotoShop CS also but the cheap Pixelmator starts up much faster and loads pics faster also.
