Not yet, but I won a nice turkey shotgun at a banquet last year and now that I live in MI where there are turkeys, then I'll probably give it a shot. :)
 
If going out in camo, with a gun, calling to them, but not getting any close enough to shoot counts as hunting than yes I do.:D
 
Yes, usually just before Thanksgiving. I get my gear together ya know wallet and car keys and go to the supermarket and hunt me up a 18 pounder:D. Only kidding. I haven't hunted them so I answered no but, maybe one day I'll try it.

wow guys , I thought I was special . I think the turkey use me for their saturday morning cartoon . you know the one with the wascally wabbit . I like to hunt them , but I sure don't hurt the population any .
 
If I can get a break from softball tournaments for my daughter every weekend I'll be there. I've got more "frustrated" turkey hunt stories than all other types of hunting combined.
 
HalfDoc, Your pretty far north so I guess the only ones there would be the ones in the grocery freezer but, hopefully if you come south a bit you'll hook up with some.

You know they have amazing turkey hunting in British Columbia and Ontario but the prairie provinces dont have many.Saskatchewan has none to speak of. Where are you based out of Chas1?lightbulb
