Recomended Case trimmer please

Hi, as you can see im new to this forum and Im also reletively new to shooting in general, Im from the UK and have just got my first Firearms certificate a few months ago.

I have got pretty much all the reloading gear needed to start basic reloading but one of the items I do not have is a case trimmer, I have had a look around retailers from the UK but there is just so much choice Im not sure which one to go for. So far Ive got my heart set on a trimmer you can hook up to a hand held power tool, and it also has to be capable of trimming .308win and .338lapua brass aswell for my Sako TRG22 and AI AWM.

Are there any case trimmers that you guys on here can recomend?

Any help would be much appreciated, and these forums and website is an awesome wealth of knowledge!

I have Wilson and Forster trimmers. The Wilson is much better. I mount it in a small vise, and use the Sinclair cutter with shaft to go in a cordless drill. Works great.

I have Wilson and Redding trimmers. I highly recommend the Wilson. I clamp it to the bench with a C-clamp.

+1 on the Wilson. I also clamp mine in the vise, but you could opt for the stand to mount it to a table. Also there is an adapter available so you can attach a cordless drill to it.

To me, the Wilson has no equal.

I have multiple trimmers, but the $19 Lee Zip Trim sees the most use on all calibers .264 and under.

++1 For the Wilson (actually L. E. Wilson) trimmer. Very reasonably priced too. You'll need the basic trimmer, plus a case holder for your cartridge. Each case holder fits a family of cartridges that share the same parent cartridge. And from what you said, you'll want the power adapter too. Sinclair has some really sweet accessories, but they are not really necessary. Very nice though (and expensive).

I have Forster trimmer and I like it, I also use it as outside/inside neck turner, since I never had Wilson's or Reading I can't advise on them
