Totally awesome machine. I annealed 350 6.5X47Lapua cases in 35 minutes.
You can dial the amount of time the case is annealled from 1.5 to 8 seconds. The case is on a spindel and spinning while annealing. Very well made machine. There is a video on you tube.

It's not cheap, but you can tell by the video it's not made cheap either...

What was the cost? I could not find pricing information on their web site.

Mine was $469.45 shipped to Montana with the twin torch set up. Torch heads not included but I got them at Home Depot for $9.95 each with a tank of gas. My machine will be here any day. I am really looking forward to its arrival.

You won't be disappointed. It is a HIGH Quality machine!
I cheated, my two step sons both reload, I paid half, they paid 1/4, but the machine is at my house. :)

I put a square metal bowl under it. I thought about using a plastic one but they are pretty hot and I was afraid it would run it, so I went with metal.
It does have to have a flat face to fit right up againest the machine. I started off with a washrag on the table, but some of them would bounce and roll completely off the table. I did put a damp cloth in the bottom so it would hit softer. I checked all the necks, and didn't find any that had gotten dinged.

So you let yours cool naturally and not in water? I have been heating mine with a torch and tossing it into a pan full of cold water. Seems to be okay so far. No cracked necks yet, knock on wood!

Tank

I did both. The rapid cooling does no benefit to brass, but I did the bulk into water, just because I've always done it that way. Then did some tests with the tempillaq from the shoulder to the base. It didn't melt any further down the base if it went into water or not. Of course just letting it cool as opposed to dry, makes the reloading process faster. 6mmBR has an great write up on annealing and they considered a good annealing process to be one that didn't use water at all.

The next batch of annealers won't be available until June and their price has gone up to $519.

That's what I was told when I called last week inquiring about the price and availability.

Got mine yesterday. Great looking unit with great machining detail. Have not used it yet but I will soon. When I ordered they did mention a price increase as they were running into higher production costs than was projected.

Awesome and expensive. How long doea a tank last running like in the video? It's a beauty, enjoy it.

I ran mine for about 45 min, setting up and annealing 350 cases. I couldn't tell by the weight that I had used any... So I suspect it will run quite a while.
