Built By Bud Welsh of New York, He's been shooting and building bench rest rifles for over 30 years, Rifle has been shot 20 round to fire form Brass. I have Redding Neck Sizng dies and Seating die. Has one piece Rings and Base . Need Harley parts for new build so here we are. Can send Pictures.
