Please help a newby, I would like to see some examples of what you all are doing in the way of documentation for reloading and firearms.

If you would be so kind as to scan or write out your details I would be grateful.
If you want to use pm or my email; [email protected].

Thanks,
Ray

I used to fill out forms for each test/shot etc.

Got old and lazy.

I now record the details on the target and post them on the wall. One awl (too thick for a stick pin any more:rolleyes:). Each shot is numbered and marked w/MV.

After loads are developed and drop charts developed and confirmed, I log each shot at rocks or game listing all of the environmental details, range and results + notes/considerations for subsequent shot adjustments.

I use one of these. You can build a section for each gun you reload for. Sections on favorite loads and one main sheet that I use to keep track of every load I have tried which helps with long term round count. You can also just use a notebook but this will keep things a little more organized.

Thanks, that looks pretty good,. How many of those binders have you filled up so far? Do you need one for each rifle or handgun?

This is my second one. The first one was by Midway and pretty similiar in design. This one has 10 dividers for various calibers/guns.
