ship primers all the time what makes you think you cant

I would like to know from where to where you shipped them? Unless you are set up to ship hazmat you can't ship primers or powder. Many guys on another site have had their shippment sized by the USPS. Some guys got lucky and were allowed to claim the primers back, others not so lucky.

I live in a central state and have shipped both east and west through ups paid fees and no problems yet

Below is cut and paste post from another forum.

Just curious if anyone knows how people here on XX is legally shipping primers. I do know it is illegal for an individual or company to ship them that does not have Hazmat certification. A FFL doesn't cut it guys. I have also emailed a few people here selling them and no hazmat charges. I purchased some from another guy and he shipped to me in a flat rate box thru the USPS for $12. I'm wondering what a $250,000 dollar fine would do to these guys if they were setup and caught.

The reason I brought this up is a friend of mine is basically loosing everything he has. He was caught. Fine is about what his home is worth. So I ask how well financially would you be if you had to pay a fine of $200,000? Don't want to see anyone have to go through this.

I notice that lot's of folks want to take part in the fourm, buy and sell, but for some reason beyond my understanding they don't want you to know their name or location. Just for the record, the reason I asked is that I thought you might live close by to someone that could help you out.
