New guy to the site, from Oklahoma.

I've been shooting and hunting for most of my life. I love to hunt deer but am crazy about calling/hunting coyotes.

I've been in law enforcement for almost 19 years now. I was a member of my agency's Tactical Unit/Sniper Team and competed in rifle/sniper competitions for 7 years.

I'm a member of the Oklahoma City Gun Club.

A friend of mine turned me on to this site and I've really enjoyed reading on it for the last week. Figured it was time to join in.

I share your interest in coyotes. It isn't even worth trying in WI where I live. I just started getting serous last year and have been out west a few times since then.

What is the terrain like where you hunt them?

What is the terrain like where you hunt them?

I mostly hunt coyotes in the western half of Oklahoma. The terrain is mostly flat but does have some pretty good hills and canyons. Our shots have ranged from a couple hundred to 15 yards.
