SOLD/EXPIRED Rem 700 action and other parts (Needed!)

Hi friends
My name is Carlos Labbe, actually living in Chile.
Last year I´ve sold my first .308 rifle, a CZ 550 varmint, nice starting rifle (hunt-bench).
Now I am starting my first rifle proyect, so I need to buy some parts for my proyect.
Parts
Remington 700 Action (or similar, complete)
Trigger assembly
Stock (I want to buy a Bell & Carlson stock)
Barrell

Is not necessary to buy all new parts, used can be used too (but perfect parts!)

If someone has parts or can help me, just write me. Please remember to think in shipping to Chile, is not expensive!

Carlos I think its not so easy, the action is a controled item in USA, you must check your federal laws and then check the Federal laws in USA.
I think its easier to get a Rifle in Chile than to get parts in USA.

Thanks for the answer!
I was checking a lot of webpages and it is possible for me to build a rifle... the only part that I can´t find yet is the receiver, the short action one.

But bolt, stock, trigger and barrel it is possible.
If anyone can help me with that part, would be great!
