I'm an enlisted man who is trying to plus up his team with some smaller/more portable gear for operations. Uncle Sugar(Sam) in his infinite wisdom has bought us a larger more cumbersom version, ie Vector 21. What is this range finder going for.

That's not a problem. I understand the precaution as I have ran into that before as well. There are a bunch of posers out there.
