What Wildcat is best and what all copper bullet should I use and who is the best custom Rifle Builder to use?

What other questions need to be asked!
range
speed
energy needed at max range (needed is much more than wanted)
barrel length for these questions
do you want max pressure to be at 65k or less

I'd say, start with your favorite bullet and go from there
Build around the end result and work backwards
When you decide on the bullet try and have as much of the bullet past the shoulder as possible where only the boat-tail is in it

Once you have better parameters you can figure case volume needed for achievement as cross check against other cartridges that come close to your agenda
Also take in mind that some of the larger magnums and 308 like cases can have more or less pressure for max.
example..6.5creed is near 64 or 65k and 260rem is 5-7k less max pressure

This runs thru my head everyday on what this and what that on cartridge design

GOOD LUCK!

Insufficient information to make sound advice. Provide as much pertinent information as possible to yield a better result from members' recommendations instead of being all over. This will help narrow down your choices for your personal preferences and intended purpose. Also, "best" is very subjective.

Start with your personal preferences/intended purpose (hunting vs. target, what range), action (LA vs. SA), parent case, caliber, etc.

You have plenty of options for copper bullets: https://www.longrangehunting.com/threads/lead-free-bullet-compilation.290864/; make sure you have the right barrel twist to stabilize them. Good luck!

ADDED: From an SME/reputable gunsmith, "little is gained in improving a modern cartridge."

Given your parameters (none) I must say the Ackley .22 Eargesplitten Loudenboomer is the correct answer but if you don't want that, then the 17 incinerator improved is pretty good.

Would you provide a little more information on this wildcat cartridge that you'd like to build. What do you intend to use this wildcat cartridge for (hunting/target/long-range), distance being you plan to shoot? What caliber interests you? What are your reloading capabilities? What does your budget look like? There are a lot of variables that go into building a wildcat cartridge. There ought to be a lot of research put into a wildcat build as well. Comparing ballistics with factory/SAAMI cartridges included. For me it doesn't make sense to build a wildcat cartridge only to find that there's a SAAMI cartridge that is very close to the wildcat cartridge. In today's market with the heavy for caliber bullets on the market, barrel twist is another variable that one ought to consider when doing the build. You will find a lot of good information on this forum and a lot of good folks who will help steer you in the right direction; but…it's important that you know what you intend to use this rifle for. As for copper bullets there's more options out there than anyone could imagine!! Again you have to do your research before you can decide what to build. Also keep in mind the expense/s involved in equipment to help reloading this wildcat cartridge; a good press, trimmer, neck turner, annealing process, COAL measuring equipment to name a few pieces of equipment.

That pic reminded me of the.240 ryne a friend had years ago.
24 caliber bullet on a 7mm Mag case. 100 rounds and the barrel was toast.

Seems like a phishing question. With all those questions a wildcat might not be the right thing to do. Ammo makers and shooters seem to reinvent the wheel a lot these days. Perhaps it's the it's new so it must be better philosophy of today that drives this. The problem is new ain't always better. Bullets and propellants have come a long way. But they don't just benefit the new calibers. They help the old ones just the same. There are some mighty good cartridges that have been in the game for a mighty long time. Plus some new cartridges are quite expensive and at times very scarce. Take the 6.5 Creedmore for instance. It isn't expensive and is efficient to reload. It is a very good cartridge and accurate. But marketing and even word of mouth info can really mislead a lot of people. Many of my customers (hunters that 300 yards is equivalent to the other side of the planet) are floored to learn that the old 270 will actually outperform the Creedmore at their hunting ranges with energy on target is still very effective and well mannered significantly downloaded. The 6.5 CM is not as flat as a laser beam and doesn't have the power of an Abrams Tank. What it is is an accurate, light recoiling, well mannered caliber that allows you to shoot high BC bullets, which most hunters have very little understanding of, and let's you play more efficiently at longer range. Ammunition is also readily available. But it is not the be all end all of rifle cartridges.
My first consideration for a wildcat would be "How available is brass and how many hoops do I have to jump through to make it work".
Unfortunately your questions leave out way to much information. So anything from the 17 incinerator above or my personal favorite:

Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator.
That should cover about every need

The Illudium PU 36 may be a touch easier on barrels but I think even Marvin would have appreciated the 17 incinerator Improved.
