I need help setting up my Browning 300WIN MAG A Bolt

I need some Help. I am setting up my Browning A bolt 300Win Mag. I am getting a Millet TRS 1 scope and am wondering what base I should go with for it. I am going to get a picatinny rail for it. Here is my question. What would you consider the max hunting range on a 300 Win Mag to be and will I need a 20MOA base or will a 0MOA base be fine? I am wanting to be able to hunt out to 1000-1200 yards with it. Is that doable?

How much internal MOA does your optic have?
If you want to practice at further distances a 20 MOA pic base would give you more versatility.
Burris Signature Zee Rings also allow you to add or take away some MOA also.

The Millett web sight said its scope has 65moa adjustment range, but I have read that they actually have 100moa adjustment. That should be more than enough for 1000-1200 yards right?
