Looking for some load suggestions with the 190 gr and 210 gr VLD's.

I get sub 1/2 MOA with 190g VLD, with 82g H1000. Shooting single shot. Loaded just to touch the lands. In a Savage 112 26" Varmint Stainless fluted barrel.

Only a guess, but I'd say a tad bit over 3000fps.

Max load from Hodgon is 81g and 2990 fps.

I'm right at what I would consider max load for me. Easy extraction, but primers flatten. I loose the primer pockets at about 5-6 loads. I've been using plain Rem brass.

I use 82gr of H1000 and 84gr of Retumbo with 210's. With CCI primers both yield just over 3000fps depending on temp. With Fed GMM primers velocities increase 30-50fps.

In my 300 Wby 79 gr of H 4831 puts the 190's at just over 3000 with a 26". I know that is not a win mag, but it might give you a starting place .

I have them both very soft, but they are accurate and easy on brass. They like the same load and I like that. The stock accumark with 26" barrel is at 3050 average and the 30" HS percision barred rifle shoots the same load at 3134 average and I have shot it a little over 1000 yards.

Yup! Accuracy is better tan velocity.
My Sendero in 300 RUM with 210 gr. Berger, I have had it close to 3200 ft/sec. My latest load is 93.0 Grns of Retumbo @ 3025 ft/sec; I left it alone because of how accurate it is and long brass life.
