Pretty crazy here too. One guy on the local classifieds had 8 lb jugs of powder on for $750 ea. InsaneGunbroker...

Yep, hitting 40 bucks for osb up here, 4x what its worth. Re bar and concrete are climbing, wiring is going crazy. Might better to just dig a hole and live in that!!!

Yep. I can imagine. I didn't have a moving crew and was by myself when I brought it home, I had to use a "cherry picker" (engine crane) with legs fully extended to lift it, and even then it was very difficult to maneuver into the corner of the shop I wanted it. I don't imagine it will ever leave and will probably sell with the property lol.

Put that on some 2 or 3" schedule 80 pipe and roll wherever you want....like your new garage and put powder back in it. May be better than gold in another year. $10 7/16 osb last June is $27 here now...
