I hit a estate sale this week and bought up all the loading stuff that was there rather than sort through it with all the other hounds over my shoulder and maybe miss something.
In the milk crates of brass were these cute little duds that had a head stamp of 218Bee.
Being pretty new to wildcats and longer range hunting I looked this guy up in a few manuals and thought this would be a great round for plinking and vermit out of my Contender or maybe try to find a little truck gun.
A little closer look at the brass and I realized they had been necked down to .1725
Took a little research but can you say .17 Ackley BEE
With about 200 of them that I think have only been fire formed I am starting a search for a contender Barrel and dies (OMG, Dies are not cheap)
Any one have some feed back on this round or might have some supplies for it, let me know. I have to sell off the surplus of what I bought before I could buy anything else.
