Hey now this powder it stated to burn between H4350 and Re#19 . I load 56.2 grs of H4350 behind 70 gr Nosler BT. What would be a starting point for this HYBRID 100V stuff? 6x284 is cartridge I'm loading.

Start at 57 and go up from there in .5 increments.

No way bro . I'm red lining it with H4350 at present load. I've done some research since I posted. I'll start at 54 and increase in .5 increments. Check out the Hodgdon sight according to them my rifle should 've turned into a hand grenade long time ago

What cartridge are you loading this in? If Hybrid is inbetween H4350 and RL19 then just go up a grain or so from whatever H4350 load you are going to use. If memory serves, 4350 is 3% faster than RL19 so you can figure roughly a 1.5% increase for Hybrid and do the math from there.
I have played with 100V a little and so far have not found the results I'm looking for. From my testing and conversations with Hodgdon it is basically between H 414 and H 450. It's a double base powder aka ball, it has just been adapted to look more like an extruded powder as apposed the normal spherical appearance of ball powders.
Physically it looks very much like H-322-which flows like magic through a powder measurer. Unfortunately it doesn't share the extreme qualities of H-322(if it did OH man would it be a great powder
).
I would stick to H4350 myself.

I tried 40gr behind a 105 Berger yesterday in my 243 and there was plenty of pressure. I will drop down 2gr and work up from there.
