Preferred Reticle?

Which reticle is the best for long range hunting?
Lot of personal preference on this one. A good portion of the guys here will dial first of all.

My personal favorite is Holland's ART

Holland's also advertises on LRH too.

I like the leupold TMR. Its a Millradian reticle and there is some debate about having a mil reticle and dialing MOA but I mainly use it for windage. Whatever you choose just learn to use it or it will be just something cool to look at while you miss :)

I like MP-8 Reticle. I owned before a mildot scope, and i'm wonder how the Hell I did use that type of reticle. It works great but now with MP-8 (new generation of 1/2 mildot hash line) is BETTER.
Lots of view and better holdings.

IORs MP-8 set to MOA instead of 1/2 mill works for me.

SB P4 fine.- <it´s a mil based reticle with 1/2 mil marks - lines instead of dots-and thin enough for LR even in FFP.

IN any case, it depends on what you´ll use the reticle for.-<if you will never hold over or range and just use the scope knobs, a plain duplex will do.
