Well mounted it on my AR-15 with out use of a scope rise. Using Warne tactile 30 MM rings had to mount the scope as absolutly far forward as it could possible go for comfortable eye relief. I think its a keeper no doubt about it. Clear picture ,side focus nice and smooth . Its going to work out very well. I can't afford a NXS or IOR, US Optics. My use will be for coyote hunting and varmints.

No need to buy a digital camera.

I don't know how to post pictures ,plus what type of digital camera would you suggest?

You can take the pictures with a film camera and take it to walmart to get developed and get a disk with your prints. Then upload the pictures from the disk.

Do any of the 6500s have tactical turrets? The pics I've seen show regular caps that need to be taken off, and for those prices...noooo thanks. Post pics ASAP :)

The Elite 6500 scopes do not have target turrets. They are a push/pull style hunting turret. You maybe interested in our new Clearidge Ultra XP5 scopes that are coming out in August. They will be equipped with a tactical style knob like the M2 knobs.
