I am having a rifle being built by Todd Bettin back in Iowa. The rifle he is building for me is a 338 Lapua with the following specs:

1:10 Rock Creek ABS Barrel
Stiller TAC 338 Action
Defensive Edge 4 Port Brake
Lone Wolf Howler Thumbhole Stock
Badger Ordance Lower Metal and Mags
Jewel Trigger
USO 3-17 T-pal Scope

So, he had said that he had recieved the majority of the part and was getting ready to start putting things together. I asked him if he got a chance to send me a picture or two just so I could see the stuff before he started his assembly. This is the picture he sent me.

When I first saw it my thoughts were,"It was suppose to be a thumbhole stock." and then,"I did not order wood." and then,"That scope body is to small." and then,"a$$hole" while I was laughing to myself.

Checking through my email he had sent me another one later on. This looks better.

I can not wait to get this one. I have been having dreams about shooting this thing.

that looks to be the makings of a fine rig , your scope looks like its missing some parts though , did they just send him the tube for painting or somthing?

I am going to have all the metal coated the same color by falcon gun coatings. So, I asked USO if they would send Todd all the outside bits of the scope to have them coated with the rifle.

I will definately post pictures when the rifle gets closer and when I get it.

Yeah, he is a great guy and really easy to work with. I appreciate a sence of humor especially when someone gets me with a good one that I do not expect.
