Could someone tell me if Terry Cross installs his hardware for the LoggerHead cheek piece in a customer's stock?

I have a CZ H.E.T. stock that could really use his setup, but I have no milling machine, or I would do it myself.

I don't have any experience with the Lapua but do with the edge. How does accuracy and barrel life compare to the Edge?

I don't have any data on the 338 Edge... However, Shawn Carlock does. He has been shooting it for some time, with great success.

That's a good question. I know that the throat of the 338 Lapua begins to erode at 700 rounds. (Study by St. Mark's).

When I took the barrel in to Mark Chanlynn for trimming he asked me how many rounds I had down the barrel. At the time I think that I had something like, 680.... I asked him why and he stated that, "the barrel looked brand new." I said, "brand new?" and he said, "Ye

Hi fella's,i have to say i was definitely inspired by this thread and i'm excited to say i am a couple of weeks out from receiving my 338 norma,would any of you 338 norma owners mind sharing some start loads best powder to use as there isn't a lot of load data out there,has anyone tried the Vihtavuori range of powders.
